Responsibilities:
? 时刻保持饱满的精神及标准的站姿。
Keepfull of spiritand standardsofstance.
? 向所有到达和离开的客人问候或道别并在客人走近的时候周到而友好地帮助客人。
Greet and bid farewell to all arriving and departing guest and help guests in a courteous and friendly manner when approach.
? 负责礼貌友好地迎接客人。
Responsible for welcome guests a with professional friendly and genuine manner.
? 要确保用礼貌、热情友好的态度对待客人的询问、要求。
To ensure that all guest queries, inquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner.
? 要始终保持个人表现和形象的完美无缺，并且按照相关的酒店着装要求穿着制服或工作服。
To ensure at all times that personal presentation and appearance is immaculate, uniform or work clothes are in line with relevant Hotel uniform and clothing codes.
? 非常清楚酒店的所有的服务项目和设施。
Completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that hotel provides to its guests and visitors.
? 要确保你了解酒店的有关情况，它们的营业时间和所能提供的服务范围。
Have a complete and thorough knowledge of the outlets of hotel, their operating hours and the scope of services that they provide.


Qualifications:
? 具备较强的沟通，协调能力及团队合作精神。
Good communication and coordination ability, and good team spirit.
? 积极敬业，工作认真细致；
Enthusiasm in work, carefulness
? 良好的英语沟通技能；
