Project Development Manager
Report to: Project Director

* Work closely with US technical sales and China engineers to focus on project development
* Fast reaction on the project needs and provide best and rapid solutions
* Fully understand customer's needs and give clear instructions to engineering team for working out solutions
* Mainly responsible for developing and managing big and complex projects
* Work closely with order processing manager to take on below common responsibilities:
   - Play a leading role in China side to create, follow up and deliver projects, ensure projects are delivered on time with quality standard.
   - Manage purchase orders received from customer, work with logistics team to manage exportation.
   - Arrange project meetings to allocate resources and assign projects tasks with clear direction and requirements.
   - Manage project timeline and internal resource, work with engineers or suppliers to find best solutions and solve problems.
   - Work with purchasing team to control cost, and ensure projects stay within budget
   - Work with quality control team to eliminate potential quality issues and risks, delivery high quality products and service to customer
   - Regularly maintain efficient communication with customers (mainly US team) and provide detailed project updates

* Education: University Diploma / Bachelor Degree
* Major: Project Management / Mechanical Engineering
* Skills & Experiences:
 - Good at using software: Microsoft Office, eDrawings, etc (Solidworks is a plus)
 - Know well about the display industry, strong understanding in structure engineering
 - Rich experiences of working in a display manufacturer (i.e. PM or engineer) or in a retailers display department (i.e. Display tech), having basic knowledges of structure design, display materials, and manufacturing process and application scenarios.
 - Master basic knowledges of electronics (relevant experience is a plus)
 - Fast learning skill, able to work efficiently under pressure
 - Strong career ambition, outstanding problem solving ability
 - No less than 3 years of work in mechanical manufacturing industry
 - No less than 2 years of project management experience
 - Free communication ability in spoken & written English, perfer English speaker
 - Adaptable to added responsibilities as needed
 - Ability to work in a collaborative environment spanning multiple time zones
