Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
This position is primarily responsible for Profit & Loss financial performance and premier customer service goals at China. The incumbent will report directly to the Regional Director of Great China.
Works with distribution, direct customers, field sales and operation team.
Co-ordinate to facilitate the introduction of new products and programs.
Work out annual plan to meet the business growth and objectives.
Job Responsibility:
？Responsibility for manufacturing, sales, as well as localization project at China.
？Develop the engineer team to support field sales by providing customized products.
？Leads product management and operation team to insure sales growth and maintain profitability and targeted.
？Develop new products and processes and system to increase competitiveness and profitability.
？Identifies target markets/applications.
？Continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.
？Select and train adequate staffing and maintain growth organization.
