职位描述：
Role & Responsibilities:
1.Propose executable and sustainable guideline for annual plan and mid-term plan
2.Execute planning processes, collect and consolidate data
3.Provide analysis for planning decision making
4.Provide timely and accurately rolling forecast for Payroll, and in-charge CC’s OPEX & CAPEX
5.Develop models/tools, keep improving rolling forecast from quality and efficient perspective
6.Propose motivation/control scheme based on analysis and the most updated forecast, to ensure to meet the company financial goals
7.Tracking business running and action plan execution, analyze the key indicators periodically
8.Provide analysis report by different dimensions for better decision making
9.Closely working with in-charge divisions, in-depth data analysis, drive business growth and improve OPEX efficiency

Background & Education Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree, major in Finance or Accounting
2.Fluent English (writing and oral)
3.Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel / PowerPoint working knowledge
4.4-6 years solid FP&A experience in MNCs 举报 分享
