Job Responsibilities岗位职责
1. EHS compliance observation and improvements.
安全合规执行，监督和改善。
2. Production Schedule - Maintain production schedule, meeting quality, productivity and customer requirements.
生产计划 - 按照生产计划，满足质量、产能以及客户的要求。
3. Continuously improvement on overall equipment/facility effectiveness and material management.
持续改进提升整体设备/设施的有效性和有效的物料成本管理.
4. Good 5S consistency.
现场良好的5S管理。
5. Reporting system.
报表制作。
6. All other duties assigned.

Job Requirements 任职要求
1. Education -- College (technical school) degree or above 。
大专学历及以上
2. Working experience -- At least 3 years working experience. Previous GCC experience will be preferred.
三年以上工作经验，若有GCC碳酸钙相关工作经验则更佳。
3. Communication Skills。
良好的沟通能力
4. Interpersonal Skills。
良好的人际交流
5. Decision Making。
有一定的决策能力
6.Ability to work in English language is an advantage.
能在英文环境一工作优先。
7.This person must have potential to be an Omya Plant Manager in the future.
须具备有潜力成为工厂经理继任者。
