职位描述：
Function Duties and Responsibilities:
? In charge of China local entity financial and accounting support
? Ensure accurate management and statutory reporting in compliance with local requirements
? Provide financial modeling, analytics and guidance on innovation ideation and defined projects
? Responsible for Budget and Trend submissions of statutory financial in Magnitude
? Manage inter-company charges and reconciliation
? Meet group and area reporting deadlines;
? Ensure all accounting elements and business transactions of the company are correctly, completely, accurately and timely recorded and valued;
? Develop and execute accounting systems and processes in accordance with internal control management needs;
? Ensure integrity of all critical financial records and related supporting documents;
? Supervise and perform accounting activities covering A/R, A/P, G/L, and cost accounting along with team
? Supervise monthly account reconciliation and project accounting;
? Supervise and perform, monthly and annually closings on ERP system with all requested reports;
? Collaborate with the external auditors for annual auditing; Ensure implementation of proper
Accounting procedure with respect to cost accounting system, inventory and asset management
? Ensure proper assets management in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
? Conduct stock evaluation and identify any abnormal variance
? Driving profitability accountability and margin improvement projects
? Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
? Taxes application and filling with assistance from professional tax consulting firms
? Develop and implement new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
? Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
? Manage Cash Flow and Working Capital (i.e. MOH, DSO)
? Continue review and improvement of internal controls
? Supports new businesses and special projects

Profile Requirements And Competencies:
? Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Accounting related field and significant related work experience
? +8 years accounting experience, and 3 years in the supervisory level and a multinational, previous work experience in FMCG industry preferred
? CPA/CMA/ICCA Professional Certification
? Good knowledge of financial analysis techniques and accounting principles and procedures
? Ability to work in conditions where there are multiple and changing priorities, specific time constraints, and extended work hours
? Strong communication and time management skills to handle multiple requests and deadlines effectively
? Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems
? Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and a detail orientation
? Strong understanding of statutory accounting and financial control;
? Good leadership and communication skills;
? Knowledge of regulations related to Accounting and Tax;
? Proficient in spoken & written Mandarin and English 举报 分享
