职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop, Implement and maintain HSE management system policy, procedures, work instructions, rule and regulation requirement that developed or/and implement within the company.
2. Monitor, determine and recommend a safer, better process in order to create safe work condition and action.
3. Ensure employees follow and comply with HSE management system policy, procedures, work instruction as well as regulations.
4. Promptly report, correct to any unsafe action and unsafe condition present in work place.
5. Help manage on site industrial hygiene, use HSE technical to improve site medical & occupational health performance.
6. Implement safety related procedures, conduct daily site safety audit.
7. Monitoring site environment performance, help production and logistics on waste management.
8. Responsible for site fire system (water & alarm) management, ensure full compliance.
9. Establish & maintain HSE document system.
10. Working with HSE team of Regional Area for HSE excellence.
11. Knowledgeable of local health & safety regulations, as well as, industry best practices.

Job Requirement:
1. College’s degree. Chemical engineering or environment, occupational safety and health background preferred;
2. More than 3 years EHS work experience in chemical industry, Certified safety engineer (chemical area) is preferred;
3. The ability on MS Office skills. Willing to overtime;
4. Excellent implementation capacity, Careful, enthusiastic, patient personality, Good sense of responsibility , Good personal relationship, Good team cooperation;
5. Good time management. Coordinating and directing project tasks for achieve, ent of goals.

岗位职责：
1. 制定、贯彻、维护公司内执行的HSE管理系统方针、程序、工作指示、规章制度要求；
2. 监督并优化流程，为公司创造安全的工作环境；
3. 确保员工遵守HSE管理体系的政策、程序、作业指导书以及法规；
4. 对于工作场所发生的任何不安全行为及状态要及时汇报及纠正；
5. 协助管理现场工业卫生状况，利用HSE技术改善现场医疗和职业健康性能；
6. 实施安全相关程序，进行日常现场安全审核；
7. 监测现场环境性能，协助生产和物流部门对于废弃物的管理；
8. 负责现场消防系统(供水和警报)管理,确保完全合规；
9. 建立和维护HSE文件系统；
10. 与HSE团队共同合作以达到卓越的安全环境；
11. 熟悉当地健康安全法规并能运用于实际操作。
岗位要求：
1. 本科学历，化学工程或环境专业优先考虑，
2. 在化工行业有3年以上HSE的相关工作经验，有注册安全工程师证书优先考虑。
3. 熟练使用办公软件，能适应加班。
4. 工作认真负责、有激情，具有良好的执行能力及团队合作精神。
