职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责编制工程计划，审定土建专业施工组织设计，施工方案及技术交底，并监督实施；
2、负责土建工程项目的招标、评标工作，协助有关部门进行成本控制工作，提供相关技术要求及管理约束内容；
3、负责协调现场各单位之间关系，监控土建的质量、进度、投资与安全工作；
4、负责审定土建专业变更、洽商工作，按工作程序和权限进行审批和报批；
5、负责组织工程验收和竣工验收工作，审定质量验收记录。
6、对施工合同中的承包范围、工期质量、计价方式、工程款支付方法、材料供应方式、优惠条件，甲乙方主要责任、主要条款进行审查，确认是否合理；
7、协调和处理施工中出现的安全、技术、质量问题，取得工程技术部、设计单位的技术支持；

任职要求
1、工民建相关专业本科以上学历，具备专业职称者优先考虑；
2、5年以上大型房地产开发项目工程管理经验， 3年以上甲方同等职位经验优先考虑；
3、精通施工图设计、结构、土建施工知识，了解一定的成本管理、水暖电专业知识，熟悉工程类验收规范、规程、标准及市政配套等基本建设程序；
4、熟悉施工现场工作流程和环节，能有效监控和管理工程的质量、进度、内外协调、安全及文明施工等；
5、具备审核施工图纸、图集，独立解决施工现场的各种技术问题的能力；
6、熟练掌握OFFICE、AutoCAD等常用办公软件；英语基础良好；
7、诚信、负责、细致周到、计划编制和执行能力，责任心强、团队意识与管理能力、协调沟通能力、廉洁自律。 举报 分享

ABP (China) Holdings Group is a wholly-owned investment group of Dauphin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. in the Asia-Pacific region, dedicating to researching, exploring and practicing Headquarters Economic theory. It is also a comprehensive international investment enterprise, investing in, developing and operating Headquarters Economy eco-zone basing on the model of ABP.
In 2003, ABP Beijing, the first demonstration zone of Headquarters Economy in China, was built in Beijing.
