职位描述：
要求：
英文要好，主要是技术和经验的要求。以汽车板行业出身的为优先，其次是汽车板金件。

Responsabilities:
1.Management of all work related tasks’ dealing with the construction and design of the blanking dies of **.
2.Provide technical solutions and support in relation to the blanking dies.
3.Guarantee that the standard specifications of **for designing and projecting blank nest layouts is respected by the suppliers.
4.Develop blank nest layouts ensuring an optimum material consumption, the viability of our process and a proper construction of the die.
5.Carry out and follow up the 3D model reviews.
6.Carry out static tests at the facilities of the suppliers
7.Support for dynamic trials in the various plants of **.
8.Follow up the procedure of the ** group.
9.Issuance of reports for each milestone of the procedure of **.
10.Development of viability plans and contingency.
11.Data input of the assigned blanking dies.
12.Follow up the implementation of possible modifications.
13.Attend all meetings related to the job position.
14.Provide commercial support. Analysis of cutting feasibilities for possible new sales. Technical support for possible customer visits.
15.Estimate dies and metal palets invest prices.

Requirement:
1.BEng (Hons) and/or MEng in Mechanical Engineering Bacherlor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2.Associate/Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering with work relevant experience
3.Fluency in English
4.Knowledge in blanking dies design and development of blanking nest layouts.
5.Proficient in CATIA, AutoCAD, Autoform- Easyblank (or similar).
6.MS Project.
7.Strong Microsoft Office computers skills required
?8.3 years of experience in automotive tooling & die experience.
9.Experience with implementation of engineering Changes a plus.
10.Ability to work under pressure.
