要求:熟悉进出口贸易 沟通协调能力要好
Responsibilities:
Customer Services Management
1.Lead the team to focus on the change of customer's demand, coordinate with relevant department to adjust the supply plan. Improve the accuracy of sales forecast.
2.Lead the team to execute customer orders according to SOP, to track and monitor the whole order delivery process through the ERP system, and continuously optimize and improve work efficiency
Organized relevant departments to analyse OTIF(及时完整交货) performance regularly, to find out the root cause and make the action plan
3.Organized the customer satisfaction survey regularly, and sent analysis report to relevant department; lead the team to coordinate and deal with the customer's needs and inquiries, and timely reply
4.Push and coordinate with relevant departments to timely deal with customer complaints, goods return, discount, etc.
Administrative Management
1.Collect and analysis the sales data regularly, and report timely.
2.Lead the team to arrange the logistics and expenses settlement according to SOP. And rational arrange departure time upon the plant capacity, work with Logistics Department to definite product shipment plan and worker arrangement plan
3.Negotiation and control of export ocean fee and local handling charge of Import & Export
Team Management
1.Develop customer service management system, Develop relevant SOP documents and training the team
2.Enhance team cohesion, improve the skills of the team members, make the team is good performance and efficiency
3.Performance management, rational distribution of work
Cooperation between Departments
1.Strengthen the cooperation between departments, improve the timeliness and effectiveness of communication
2.Organize and coordinate work activities and activities across departments
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent professional degree
2.Minimum 5 years working experience in customer services and logistics, and ERP order processing working experience.
3.Minimum 3 years working experience in team management and International trading.
4.English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score 600
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation skills, logic and data analysis skills
