Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting
1.Review accounting vouchers and ensure the disbursement application is in compliance with company policies
2.Review Business Unit’s budget to be consolidated in accordance with the Corporate/SBS and Business Unit policies and provide comments to management team for performance management
3.Ensure cost effectiveness initiatives that are in line with Company objectives
4.Consolidate all proposed capital expenditure and economic analysis for Business Unit
5.Monitor capital expenditure spending
Accounting & Reporting
1.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
2.Conduct Business Unit’s financial performance analysis and provide recommendations to F&A Division Director and Corporate/SBS Office on analysis of financial trends at business Unit level and Business Unit’s financial performance
Fund/Cash Management
1.Propose Credit/FX facilities for operation needs and renew the facilities in time
2.Propose the timing and amount of borrowings and repayment
3.Negotiate the interest rate
4.Prepare monthly cash flow forecast to ensure cash availability
5.Ensure the effectiveness of cash management at Business Unit level
6.Ensure Account Payable and Account Receivable is managed according to the Business Unit policy
7.Bank relationship management
8.To report China treasury position to SBS FIN Director timely and assist to cope with any funding issues, meanwhile play key role to make sure master account of cash pooling run smoothly
FX Management
1.Conduct hedging transactions and negotiate the price in accordance with Group hedging policy
2.Monitor FX trend and FX exposure
3.Report and Analyse FX trend and FX exposure
Tax & Legal
1. Ensure the effectiveness on transfer pricing model
2.Propose tax saving program
3.Ensures that the company complies with all tax regulation and maintains effective tax compliance practice
4.Ensue company registration meet legal requirement
Internal Process
1.Ensure accounting policies with adequate internal control that are in line with the Corporate/SBS and Business Unit guidance
Managing People
1.Ensure core values implementation in related function
2.Manage subordinate’s tasks and responsibility allocation
3.Implement and monitor individual targeted work results
4.Identify and develop talents
5.Ensure effective teamwork and communication across function and within own department
Requirement:
1.University or equivalent professional degree, in Finance, Accounting or Management, or related disciplines
2.Minimum 10 years working experience in Financial / Accounting functions with management experience, preferably in a similar business
3.English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score 600
4.Good English skills both in oral and written
5.CPA License is a plus
6.Comprehend knowledge of Organization Structure
7.Comprehend in government policies and related law
