Daily Tasks:
Recruitment
--Provide people in terms of quantity and quality to meet the business plan.
--Set up and optimize sourcing, recruiting and selecting procedures to ensure efficiency, cost reduction and selecting suitable and sufficient applicants.
--Job description draft and update
Employee Relation
--Arrange communication meetings with the staffs on a regular basis
--Solve daily ER issues (labour contract management, labour dispute handling, staff profile set up, etc.)
--Staff exit interview arrangement and leave reasons analysis
Performance Appraisal
--Manage the performance management process and implementation
--Organize annual performance and probation reviews and follow up
--Organize MbO and follow up
Compensation & Benefit
--Improve salary structure, monthly payroll checking
--Management of staff social insurance, housing fund and commercial insurance.
--Draft/Update HR policies and supervise the implementation.
Training & Development
--Arrange orientation for new staff, design and deliver training resources as required to the staffs.
--Training needs collection and result analysis
Others
--Monthly HR reports including headcount, payroll, staff profile update etc.
--Other tasks assigned by the superior
Competencies:
--Strong communications and interpersonal skills, be able to perform under pressure and multi-task environment, detail-oriented with high efficiency;
--Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature, out-going personality
--Solid knowledge and understanding of labour law & regulations;
--Good coordination skill and teamwork spirit;
--Proficiency in English and good PC literature.
