职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
To coordinate with global locations to communicate reliability testing status, gathering multiple results, preparing reports, tracking test schedule, reporting failure modes, being up to date on all aspects of ongoing testing:
1. Excellent program management skills with cross cultural competencies
2. Exposure to FRACAs (Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System)
3. Failure Rate/MTBF Predictions and Reports (Parts Count and Parts Stress)
4. Component Stress and Derating
5. Built In Test (BIT) Analysis
6. Maintainability Predictions and Reports
7. Reliability Planning which includes Test Planning
8. Life Data Analysis
9. Standard Operating Procedures, PFMEA, Assembly instructions etc.
10. Manufacturing Process Sheets
11. Ongoing Reliability testing (ORT)
12. To interact with various suppliers and ensuring Supplier processes are in control to meet product specification requirements. Ensuring reliability testing are performed per protocol, right methods of measurements were used and understanding causes of any measurement variation & resolving
13. To interact with designated SPOC (internal/external) or as SPOC, understand work scope, capture design/process limitations, identify risks for problem statement definition, resolve technical issues, implement customer requirements addressing work task dynamics like insufficient data, change in work scope, Schedule / effort variance etc.
14. To own, review and validate the generated outputs (including self and for team) per defined standards, checklists, reliability practices first time right, on-time deliverables
15. To track, prioritize, plan and complete owned/ delegated tasks in stipulated time and escalate for revisiting timelines in case of complex work requests / scope changes and facilitate metric generation, prepare status reports, minutes of meeting notes etc.
16. To work independently, assign work and mentor / guide / train team members to generate quality outputs per desired reliability requirements through trainings, knowledge sharing session, technical discussion, technical guidance etc. and improve on required abilities 举报 分享
