As a Quality Engineer in Cal-Scan, your main responsibilities are described as following:
？ Manage and coordinate the new product projects till the first shipment: host the NPI meeting; follow the schedule; reviewing the samples; finalize the specification; follow other customer requirements in NPI stage;
？ Analysis and solve quality problems detected in supplier, shipment or customer side;
？ Manage and coordinate the QC schedule in Asia;
？ Internal communication on quality subjects with sourcing team and headquarter in France;
？ Perform pre-production sample review, in-line inspection and pre-shipment inspection in Guangdong area;
？ Coordinate with the sourcing team to build a good relationship with the supplier;

To fulfill the job tasks, you need to have the following skills:
？ Project management and coordination skills;
？ Written and verbal communication skills in English;
？ Problem solving skills;
？ Knowledge of furniture product, manufacturing process & raw materials;
？ Usage of tools: ruler, caliper, camera, MS Office software…etc.

作为一名德瑞兴的质量工程师，您的主要工作职责有：
？ 管理协调新产品开发项目：包括主持项目会议；跟进项目进度；样品检验；规格确认；以及其他在新产品开发阶段的客户要求；
？ 分析及解决在工厂，运输以及客户端发现的任何品质问题；
？ 管理及协调质检团队的行程安排；
？ 与采购及法国总部沟通协调任何品质议题；
？ 负责广东区域的产前样检验，产中检验以及最终出货检验；
？ 与采购团队协作维护供应商关系

为胜任工作职责，您需要具备如下技能：
？ 项目管理和沟通协调能力；
？ 书面及口头的英语沟通能力；
？ 问题解决能力；
？ 熟悉家具产品，生产工艺和原材料；
？ 熟悉常用工具的使用：卷尺，游标卡尺，相机，Office办公室软件等；
