Accountability Objective:
Lead the activities to develop industrial gas business in metal fabrication industry segments.
Work with regional sales to apply applications technologies to sign up and start up new customers.
Nature and Scope:
Major Responsibilities: (This is not intended to be a complete list and other duties may be assigned by management)
1) Understand market trends in selected sub-segments, prepare market plans with CMN team members, lead the implementation of the market plan.
2) Apply existing applications technologies and introduce PX new applications to develop market in metal fabrication industry segments through working with regional field engineers and equipment engineers, GAMD team, and win new business to support business growth.
3) Train regional sales and field engineers through providing training materials, marketing tools, joint customer calls, proposal preparation, start-ups and process optimization.
