1、根据顾客的要求(质量/交期/成本等) 制定公司内部的产品开发要求；
2、制定项目开发进度表，确定关键节点；
3、分配各小组成员的工作；
4、作为与客户的接口，随时沟通项目进展中所遇到问题，定期通报项目的进展；
5、定期举行项目会议，监督进展；并根据实际情况调整相应的工作安排；
6、创建/更新并归档项目开发中的相关文件；
7、技术部经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求
1、电子相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、英语听说读写熟练，能用英语作为工作语言；
3、熟悉项目管理流程，有汽车零部件行业项目管理经验者优先；
4、熟练使用Office Excel/Access/Word等办公软件；
5、会使用AutoCAD以及Pro/E、CATIA或UG等3D工程软件看图；
6、良好的人际沟通能力。
