职位描述：
要点：英语熟练交流，5年以上的工作经验，是混料、添加剂、色母粒、聚合物等相关的工作经验。

岗位职责：
1.To take full ownership and responsibility for Asia-Pacific purchasing on behalf of ** China
代表**中国,对亚太区采购事务负责
2.To liaise with and negotiate with suppliers in the Asia-Pacific region
时刻保持联系, 与亚太区供应商进行谈判
3. Analyse and be pro-active in looking at suppliers in China, Japan, and Singapore
分析并积极主动地观察中国,日本和新加坡供应商
4.Travel to supplier locations to evaluate capabilities and lead business meetings, as required
供应商现场勘查,以及按照要求安排商务会议
5.To put contracts and SLA’s in place for primary suppliers
与主要供应商签订合同和服务等级协议
6.Supplier selection based on cost, quality and delivery terms
依据成本,质量,交期等条款进行供应商的筛选
7.Look at trends in prime commodities (oil related) and take a forward thinking and strategic stance on feedstocks, exchange rates and the economy
观察国际油价及相关主要原料趋势,对于库存,汇率和经济有战略性的长期考虑.
8.Be pro-active in the approach to purchasing in order to move away from the reactive climate that is currently present

9.Support new developments working together with the Product Development function

任职要求：
1. Fully or part qualified CIPS, or Chinese equivalent
CIPS证书是皇家采购与供应学会（Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply）的资格证书,完全或部分具有CIPS的资格.或相似的等级证书
2.Fluent in native Chinese Mandarin and English language
流利的中英文
3.en plus years of progressive purchasing experience
5年以上采购工作经验
4.Experience in purchasing within a pigments/polymer/chemical based manufacturing organisation
有相关制造公司如颜料,聚合物和化工用品的采购经验
5.Experience in Chinese sourcing and Asia Pacific sourcing
有中国及亚太区采购的经验
6.Proven skills in developing strong relationships with suppliers
有杰出的开发供应商并保持良好关系的能力
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8.Proven negotiation skills
