Responsibilities:
1.As the process owner of High and new Technology Enterprise (HNTE) application/renewal, lead the feasibility study for entities with HNTE opportunities and assist the qualified entities in receiving HNTE certificate with the support of local consulting firms
2.Review the R&D super-deduction tax return prepared by SSC tax team to ensure it in compliance with PRC tax regulation
3.Closely monitor related party transactions in Great China to ensure it in compliance with Group TP rules and PRC tax law
4.Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations, identify and mitigate tax risks
5.Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices, manage and coordinate tax audits
6.Maintain tax balances on general ledger,prepare all tax papers on regular basis and handle all information data requests
7.Any other related tasks assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in accounting, tax or related
2.A minimum of 5 years of relevant TAX experience in a medium to large size tax environment including substantial experience with a reputable MNC
3.Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns, thorough knowledge of China GAAP and IFRS would be a plus
4.Fluent in English language skills, both verbal and written, good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
5.Proficient in MS Word and Excel, experience with SAP, a plus
6.Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
