With the rising and challenging business in China, we’re looking for two Sales Assistants to support our growth and our customer services. If you like to challenge yourself to be the window to customer and would like to grow up together with CAL-SCAN to achieve success, welcome to take the chance to join us!
As a Sales Assistant in Cal-Scan, your main responsibilities are described as following:
? Assist sales manager to follow-up customer new product queries: in term of product development, customer needs, internal communication of customer requirements, progress management and report;
? Manage product price and quotation: make quotations, record price history;
? Confirm order with customer;
? Manage order in system;
? Ensure order on time delivery: actively coordinate and follow up order status and actions with other team members;
? Close shipment: make shipping documents;
? Ensure customer payment: follow-up payment schedule, coordinate with finance team
? Communicate and report customer if needed: in case of anomalies of delay, quality defects, ad hoc after-sales services: etc.
To fulfill the job tasks, you need to have the following skills & experience:
? Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken languages: especially E-mail writing
? Proficiency in software skills of PDF editing and Microsoft Office
? Basic knowledge of procurement process of international trading
? Fluent spoken English is preferred

? Strong sense of customer service
? Initiative in information consolidation: seek, digest and transform information for customer, be resourceful
? Strong sense of responsibility: on time manner of response
