职位描述：
1.新建实验室工程和改造工程的全过程项目管理
2.实验室Facility相关的日常维护协调，包括建筑设施，水电，空调等（实验室仪器除外）可能涉及到的其他设施
3.作为上海纽约大学驻场与华师大相关基建部门，保证教授的要求得到满足多数会牵涉哪些方面的需求？
4.定期向上海纽约大学设施管理部门报告实验室实施维护情况 报告模块包括哪些？
工作地点: 华东师范大学(中山北路校区)
工作时间:周一至周五(8:30—17:30)，具体时间根据运营情况调整；
