职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Own plant accounting and accrual processes
2.In charge of plant costing closing process, perform review unit cost rate, analysis fluctuation and make adjustment accordingly
3.Create cost estimates for new materials (primary responsibility, backed up by cost accountant)
4.Inventory Variable Cost Reconciliations
5.Idle Mills process/entries
6.Close connection to plant supported – should understand the key plant functions
7.Support US GAAP and Statutory Audits
8.Collaborate with other finance resources to support overall department goals and objectives
9.Manage SLA accounting/billing process
10.Learn, apply and advance MBM culture in day to day work; Continuously drive value creation
11.Other ad hoc assistance to manager as required

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. 3-5 years working experience in finance and accounting area, with manufacture cost accounting and KINGDEE experience preferred
2. Strong communication skills
3. Result and quality orientation with high sense of urgency
4. Willing to work under pressure & passion to take challenges
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English
6. KINGDEE knowledge and skills are preferred 举报 分享
