Shenzhen,Nanshan 工作地点深圳南山区。 公司提供班车，在宝安沿线、南山海雅百货、南油新一佳、南山党校、蛇口沃尔玛、世界之窗、大新天桥、福田岗厦、下沙、兴华宾馆(华强北)等地方均有站点。
Job Requirement 岗位要求
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in logistics related fields
本科或以上，物流或相关专业
- 1 year working experience in shipping coordination & management of shipping documents
1年相关船运协调及船运单据处理的相关工作经验
- Honest, reliable, dynamic and hard working
诚实、可靠、积极、勤奋
- Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others
性格开朗、容易融入团队
- Good communication skill
优秀的沟通能力

Job Responsibilities工作职责
The shipping planner will be in charge of coordinating BUT shipment to France together with suppliers & booking agent in order to ensure a smooth and on-time delivery from the supplier factory up to destination.
船务计划员将会与供应商和物流公司密切合作，负责协调BUT到法国的货运并确保交期及时，货物安全到达目的地。
1.Create shipment and assign order to shipment in BUT TMS system for all BUT international orders and provide supplier with loading instruction
安排船运，通过BUT TMS系统安排订单产品并给供应商提供装船指示
2.Coordinate daily operation with our booking agent and analyze performance through KPI issuance
与物流公司合作，通过KPI数据做绩效分析
3.Push supplier to issue telex release & other documents before ETA to avoid any container storage penalty at destination port
催促供应商在ETA到达前及时做电放及相关文件，避免任何货柜在码头存放造成的罚款
4.Collect documents for special shipments if necessary
如有必要负责收取特殊船运资料
5.Update on regular basis, supplier & internal process to improve global logistics performance
经常更新日常数据，供应商信息和内部流程以加强全球物流绩效
