职位描述

Role:
- To support and assist line manager on the OMD related process and projects.
Responsibilities: - HR core people process rollout, including but not limited PMP, OHS, MQPI, 360, etc.;
- Support to design guideline, toolkit & template;
- Implement the cascading and rollout across region;
- Organize and prepare training / briefing session for HRBPs;
- Communication and engagement of core process;
- Implement the communication / engagement plan;
- Partner with external agencies on the design and producing;
- OMD related project, session, L&L, etc.;
- Logistic support such as book meeting room, order lunch, etc.;
- Work out communication and invitation, etc.;
- Prepare materials and toolkits per needs;
- Data analysis and integration, and OMD system management;
- Maintain and manage the ETS system for MQPI/360/Hogan;
- Track and follow-up for data results per needs;
- Ad-hoc task/program support per needs;
- Support the rollout of value related programs and process;
- Support ad-hoc task/program within TS team if needed.
Hiring Period: 1 year
Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must; - Good English skills, both in spoken and written;
- Bachelor or above;
- 2-year or above working experience in HR, OD / TM related is a plus;
- Proficient Excel & PPT skills, strong data savvy;
- Proactive attitude & quick learner, can work under pressure.
