Role:
- Lead Lay's EP innovation, productivity and quality initiatives.
Accountabilities: - Design and execute research and development strategies/ projects to deliver Lay's EP and Cheetos business Results through:
1.Innovative product/process/packaging initiatives:
a.Core Quality maintenance;
b.Creating opportunities to enhance productivity;
2.Continuous monitoring of product quality delivered to the marketplace; - Actively contribute and support the vision, design and execution of SBP initiatives of EP platform;
- In partnership with Marketing to develop EP platform brand strategy and innovation agenda;
- In partnership with Ops on key quality and productivity initiative identification, provide technical support to achieve results.
Requirements: - Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- Fluent communication skill including writing and speaking in English;
- English skill both on technical and business communication;
- Bachelor degree or above in food science, food engineering or adjacent subjects;
- Expert on methodology , process or tools that apply to R&D projects / activities;
- At least 8 years working experience in food manufacturing or adjacent business, More than 4 years working experience Multinational Food Company in product development;
- Basic knowledge about the adjacent technical functions include but not limited to nutrition, technical regulatory, technical consumer insight, packaging;
- Leadership skill and talent development experience.
