Role:

• Execute analytical testing to address new business needs for AMEA/China. Provide reliable and accurate data as a strong technical contributor. Assist in developing methods, technologies, design experiments and conduct testing.
  
  Responsibilities:
• Collaborate as full team member in Analytical Sciences Lab to support Product/Process development and Quality initiatives;
• Execute AA testing for sample preparation;
• Familiar with and perform wet chemistry and other laboratory tests such as moisture, color, salt, EHS (effective hole size), oxygen residual using standard and other detailed methods of analysis;
• Provide accurate and reliable data for all work on wet chemistry and advanced instrumentation;
• Solid and complete engagement with cross functional research and application teams;
• Support analytical methods development team projects as required;
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; prepare accurate, impactful and actionable reports to internal corporate clients;
• Support business on ingredients, products for Foods/snacks/dairy/beverage projects;
• Manage storage room and samples shipping for analytical lab.
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
• English communication skill: verbal and written English;
• BS or above in chemistry field. Analytical lab experience is preferred;
• Outstanding team work skill;
• Precise on experiment design and result report. Clear and to the point result communication to team;
• Computer Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Demonstrate expertise and strong knowledge in the core and related disciplines that enhance functional effectiveness;
• Demonstrate proper laboratory techniques and equipment operating skill;
• Good lab skill including safety awareness;
• Execute plans and timelines for projects and tasks;
• Flexible, able to multi-task and prioritize to meet goals and needs of the team;
• Practices proactive and clear communication in a timely basis.
