Role:
- To support China packaging team on lab testing & facility management, mock up making, documentation management, and know-how and process improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Co-work with beverage and food packaging to support lab testing by providing formal test report;
- Be responsible to provide packaging analysis recommendations and deep dive as packaging lab technician;
- Be responsible for mock up making;
- To develop packaging test SOP to meet development needs;
- To manage packaging lab related test with R&D lab facility;
- To manage packaging specification with pepsico Global GPPS and test method;
- To support business needs on packaging quality improvement and trouble-shooting with internals and externals.

Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- Possess excellent communication skill with good written and spoken English;
- Bachelor degree;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in packaging industries (preferred working in R&D)with knowledge in materials, formats, processes, bottler packaging equipment, testing and standards;
- Be creative, open-minded, quick learner;
- Have positive and forward thinking, is a self-starter.
