1.Standardize planning process by maximizing Oracle/ASCP planning functionality

2.Planner Skills matrix development and planners' skill qualification

3.Leading the implementation of Planning new tools for Asia Supply Chain (support global SC planning tools' devevlopment/implementation)

4.Packaging Demand Planning

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Maths, Operations Management or Business Administration or equivalent education and experience. Expertise in MRP and Oracle Planning System, S&OP and 2 years of forecasting experience.

2. High analytical Skill; Dedicated and enthusiastic; Capability to fit in fast-pace and great pressure working environment; Must have a desire to maintain quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

3.CET-6, Excellent in both written & Oral.
