Responsibility:
GL:
1. Responsible for Review periodic account reconciliation on Monthly Basis, and follow up the open issues, analysis of variances, and initiation of corrective entries.
2. Responsible for Coordinate and ensure on-time and high quality delivery of period-end closing activities including closing check list, accrual process, other closing batch run, etc.
3. Responsible for Pre-review finance closing reports and making sure the compliance, accountability, accuracy & timeliness.
4. Responsible for Prepare financial data for BU controlling.
5. Conduct monthly closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality, coordinate with all sub-ledger function team (AR, AP, Inventory, CAPEX etc.)
6. Managing Risk, supervising cash management
7. Complete tax, investment booking and any ad hoc manual adjustment required by accounting manager
8. Assist accounting manager for all financial audits; include both internal & external

Reporting:
9. Directing the budget process for an organization
10. Monitoring financial reports to guard against losses and perform data analysis and produce accurate reports and projections
11. Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action
12. Contribute to an organization’s bottom lines by staying on top of industry-related regulatory changes, tax requirements and economic news

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting or its equivalent;
2. 5 years working experience, preferred 4 firms
3. Experience with SAP/Oracle knowledge is preferred;
4. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
5. Ability to communicate in both Chinese & English fluently and effectively;
6. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT etc.;
7. Accuracy and pay attention to detail;
8. Effectively time manage and prioritize;
9. Work well under pressure and able to handle multi-tasks, good team work spirit;
10. Result-orientated
