岗位职责：
1、Responsible for revenue recognition, invoices management .
负责每月收入确认，开具发票及发票管理。
2、Ensure corrected AR booking: AR collection tracking and reconcile, and vouchers check and filing.
确保应收账款记录完整正确：核销应收账款，凭证审核及归档。
3、Help AR to be collected on time: work with operation team on AR collection plan and timely review.
协助应收账款及时收回：与运作团队合作完成月度收款计划并及时回顾收款情况，协助沟通。
4、Be coordinator of regional members and HQ colleagues.
负责协调与区域及总部财务同事之间的沟通。
5、Other business support and ad-hoc work.
其他业务支持工作。

任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree with Accounting or Finance major.
会计或财务专业本科毕业。
2、Related work experience of at least 3 years, at least 1 year AR experience.
3年以上财务工作经验，至少1年应收账款工作经验。
3、Active problem solving, quick learning, highly motivated, work well under pressure, team player.
能主动发现并解决问题，有较强的学习能力，工作责任心强，有团队合作精神，并能承担一定的压力。
4、Strong MS office and integrated business software skills. Having Oracle experience would be plus.
熟练使用office办公软件，尤其是excel。最好有使用过Oracle财务系统。
5、Good English &Chinese communication skills, both oral & written.
良好的中英文沟通。
