Scope of responsibility

This position will be responsible for consolidation of the company china recruitment needs, building recruitment channels for various talents attraction, tracking recruitment progress, support C&B policies and related report etc.

This role will also manage yearly campus recruitment program and technical school cooperation & technical students internship programs.

Key Responsibility

2 Consolidate recruitment needs based upon HC budget & budget development

2 Develop and maintain different recruitment channels for recruitment

2 Analyze the performance of current recruitment channels & suppliers and update the channels on a yearly base

2 Develop new approach to attract talents and improve recruitment efficiency

2 Monitor & report monthly recruitment status

2 Take the lead to manage yearly campus recruitment program

2 Be responsible for new graduates yearly introduction program

2 Work with each region on technical school students internship program

2 Analyze employee turnover and propose corresponding actions

2 Coordinate each hiring managers on JD update

2 Manage e-recruitment system

2 Update the positions released on E-Recruitment System

2 Build a candidate/talent pools through E-Recruitment System

2 Support C&B policies and related labor market data gathering, be involved in market survey project

2 Understand salary structure and benefit package

2 Be responsible for administration of payroll and implementation of C&B related activities in line with company's policy and local labor law

2 To implement payroll and income tax issues and prepare related reports

Qualification/Experience More than 5 years related working experience

Education Bachelor degree and equivalent

Language Good command of oral and written English
