ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Establish and update sales training system.
？ Provide the sales skills training, product training and related others for dealers and inner sales
？ Develop related sales training courses.
？ Plan and practice the training of sales and product.
？ Supervise and evaluate training effect and improve it.
？ Make other related training support according to the training need
* Support Retail Consulting modules according to the business needs.
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
？ College degree
？ Basic English skills both oral and written
Skills:
？ Practical experienced in training field must >2 years
？ Be kindly but work so hard.
？ Business travel is regular.
？ Good appearance & good communication skill.
？ Team work.
