Job description / Mission

1. Focus on intercompany AR and AP reconcile and collection. Reduce AR and AP to reasonable level.

2. ICOS order processing and check the invoice with ASC. Feedback system issue to related people and follow the result.

3. Work on company monthly, quarterly and yearly closing job. Pro-active in report and finance check, cooperate with ACBS to make successful and good quality report before the deadline.

4. Monthly analysis on P/L and balance sheet. Also other related scorecard.

5. Monthly meeting with ACBS Account to Reporting team, Purchasing to Payment team, follow up and solve the related issue.

6. Support business controller to build up internal control flow and related project development.

Educational /Experience Requirements

- University degree.

- At least 3 years finance work experience and background.

- Experienced on SAP system, Logistic and FICO model will be preferred

- Experience of import and export business will be a plus.

Knowledge requirements

Excellent analytical skill, Excel and computer skill

Good at MS office, lotus notes or similar skill

Good command of both spoken and written English.

Personality requirements

Logic thinking and well-organized

Familiar with work pressure, can take own initiatives

Be carefully and honest

Team work and communication skill
