Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for normal Bank activities and Store opening related accounting jobs
1. Petty cash
a) Petty cash custodian
b) Cash advance, reimbursement
c) Petty cash register for each transactions
d) Performing month end cash reconciliation
2. Bank
a) Opening new bank account per new store opening
b) Changing Bank signature as request
c) Closing bank per store closed
d) Preparing related Doc. For signature
e) Collecting bank statement monthly for all Shanghai company's bank account
f) Upload BOC, ICBC & misc. bank statement to SAP
g) Download bank statement monthly
3. Store opening/closing
a) Preparing store opening bank account
b) New store POS application
c) Sephora card POS application
d) Contact bank for store closing POS return & store bank account closing
4. Payment
a) Making payment on HSBC network on time timely
b) Other bank and foreign currency payment
5. Other tasks
a) Support cash flow reporter, input basic cash information each month to support cash flow report making
b) As supervisor's request.
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
-3+ years cashier experience, preference for experience at retailing company
-Accountable and responsible, good communication and team spirit.
-Good command of English
-Can work under pressure
- Familiar with Kingdee financial software
- Have basic knowledge of cash forecast
- Familiar online banking (knowledge of HSBC & Citi online banking is an advantage)
