职位描述
Main Tasks:
Ensure correct, innovative product development solutions, based on necessary calculation and product architecture.
Be responsible for all technical solutions of the project to meet the agreed targets(timeline, cost and quality requirement) in close cooperation with the project leader.
Define all the production related design documentation, be able to use the necessary tools, such as Value analysis, Creationary technology, Variant design, FMEA , DFM/A, etc) to achieve function, quality and reasonable cost in close cooperation with the product development team and the production planer.
Using established tools and process( CAD, document management, knowledge management, etc) define the design documentation and project documentation
Communicate, cooperate with group side for all the technical discussion.
Communicate with Product manager, Production, QA, Purchasing and other cross function teams for technical discussing and new methods feasibility verification.
Requirements:
University graduate or equivalent experience.
5+ years solid R&D experience in construction design for part and system. Expert in plastic technologies and design of parts. Systematic product knowledge in sanitary system is preferred.
Application of Catia, UG, Pro/E, etc... Catia is preferred. Familiar with Microsoft office tools. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Communication skills (English and Mandarin). English is must.
