Financial Consultant

Responsibilities:

Financial Controlling

1.Perform high quality daily, monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting to the timetable required;

2. Deliver financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis;

3. Be expected to set up and streamline the finance operations for clients;

Accounting

1. Perform all accounting activities for AR, AP, and P&L functions and will sign off on the month-end close, maintain strong internal financial controls and handle corporate finance activities such as debt and equity;

2. Support internal audit and external annual audit.

Business support

1. Perform regular reviews with management of operating and financial performance

2. Support or initiate special projects to improve operational performance

3. Preparation, management and delivery part or major modules of assignments for due diligence projects or litigation support engagement, liaison with clients and other parties

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or advanced degree in accounting /finance or equivalent experience, knowledge of IAS

2. At least 4 years solid working experience both in accounting and/or auditing, including 1-2 year with leadership experience, and a controller’s role is definitely a plus

3. Hands-on corporate finance experience

4. Start-up experience is a plus

5. Strong analytical, accounting, problem solving and organization skills

6. Experience in the implementation of accounting software and financial systems

7. Fluent in English both written and oral

8. Good knowledge of the PRC rules for accounting, banking, tax and corporate legal matters

9. Accurate analysis skills and logical thinking

10. Experience with ERP (MS Ax, SAP or similar ERP systems)

11. Able to work under tight deadlines
