工作地点：浦东金桥,有班车接送

学历要求 专科以上， 2015年毕业学生优先考虑

工作要求 认真仔细 具有耐心
Principal responsibilities
— Data Analysis
— Responsible for billing and capable to deliver billing KPIs
— Responsible for the cash customers revenue collection activities and deliver the cash collection targets.
— Directly apply BCP and BOP practices to maximize debtor performance
— Accurate and fast order placement including emergency deliveries etc.
— Accurate identification and recording of customer enquiries with appropriate ownership and resolution.
— Minimize customer dissatisfaction by ensuring enquiries handled within agreed timescales.
— Able to handle high volumes of customer enquiries, taking effective decisions and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
— Assist all business representatives to achieve sales and profit targets.
Required qualifications/experience
— Degree in business or any associated discipline
— Excellent Microsoft office skill, master EXCEL & Power point
— An understanding of basic accounting knowledge is preferable
