BASIC FUNCTION

Overall responsible for accounting, tax, budgeting, product costing, reporting and financial performance review. Ensure the compliance of regulations and policies. Drive other departments to achieve the sales/operation margin/net income/cost saving KPI, continuously looking for cost control opportunities, continuously improve and optimize internal control processes.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIE
？ Overall responsible for book keeping and financial statements preparation to ensure compliance with accounting regulations of US/PRC GAAP and Company policies;
？ Handle both internal and external audits. Submit tax reports and ensure on time tax payment according to China regulations;
？ Responsible for annual financial budget, standard cost setting and monthly forecast preparations;
？ Perform monthly analysis to ensure proper control on spending and identify saving opportunities through regular review meeting with management;
？ Prepare monthly manufacturing variance reports and define/track actions with management for cost improvement;
？ Implement proper internal controls to minimize operating risks;
？ Responsible for capital management, include capital project assessment, spending tracking and safe guiding of company assets;
？ HR payroll checking and timely payment;
？ Manage business KPI, including working capital, inventory turn, DPO…etc
？ Participate in development of new products and responsible for product cost and margin analysis;
？ Support SAP system development/implementation/improvement and other MIS implementations to fulfill business needs.
？ Conduct job rotation and training for underlings to improve their working skills, responsible for subordinates' training, development and improvement.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Supervisory Relationships:
1) Reports to General Manager-Shanghai Company Electronics.
2) Dotted line reports to Associate Manager- Operation Analysis, Company China.
3) Frequent contact with internal departments of COMPANY China and Asia-Pacific head office.
4) Occasional contact with the COMPANY Co. Accounting and Planning Dept.
5) Frequent contact with banks, SAFE, MOFTEC, Tax Bureau and other government agencies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education required:
University degree or above, major in Accounting or related discipline;

Experience required:
？ Certified Public Accountant
？ Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or in Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
？ At least 5 years working experience in accounting/finance department of foreign investment enterprises with a minimum of 2 years at managerial level.
？ Strong knowledge in Chinese GAAP and basic understanding of American GAAP.
？ Strong PC skills. Proficient in SAP system.
