岗位职责：
（1）负责公司员工日常招聘工作，年度招聘计划、招聘渠道拓展和维护；
（2）协助项目处理劳动纠纷、员工劳动合同审核、经理级以上合同签定及档案管理；
（3）ARAMARK的人力资源和财务政策及规则，为运作部门的各个部门提供服务以对他们的日常运作提供支持；
（4）负责新员工的试用期工资的审核、上报，以及试用期满员工转正定级有关薪资表格的发放、指导填写和审核上报工作；


任职资格：
1、大专以上学历,熟悉电脑应用精通Office办公软件；

2、2年以上人力资源工作经验 ，熟悉招聘、员工关系、培训等模块工作；

3、熟悉人力资源系统以及了解劳动合同法及相关人事政策法规的优先考虑；

4、能独立完成招聘过工作，独力处理员工劳动关系、新员工入职培训等工作；

5、具备强烈的责任感，事业心，优秀的沟通能力，耐心、细心，以及严谨的逻辑思维能力。

6、良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力、工作态度认真、积极主动，能承受一定的工作压力；
