岗位职责：

1. Familiar with the testing standard of paint & coating, with testing experience.

熟悉并掌握油漆、涂料的检验标准，有一定的检验经验

2. Perform all physical testing on paint products and adjust accordingly;

对涂料产品进行物理测试，并进行相应的调整

3. Understand basic theories of color matching, and shade color to standard if needed;

了解配色的基本原理，在需要时进行颜色调整

4. Maintain a clean work area, including common lab area and own bench;

有良好的工作习惯，保持工作区域（包括公用以及个人实验区域）干净

5. Prepare COA for customer and make sample panels, skilled at spray.

能制作样板，有一定的喷涂技能，准备COA

要求:

1. Be able to tell color differences

能辨别色差

2. Self-motivated with minimum supervision;

能在极少的监督和管理下自我激励

3. Willing to work any shift, including 3^rd shift;

能在任何时间工作，包括夜班

4. Can handle multiple batches at the same time;

能在同一时间处理不同批次

5. Have a strong attention to details and good computer skills, basic English skill preferred.

对细节重视，有良好电脑运用能力，有英语基础优先考虑。
