职位名称:HR Officer (某外资消费品公司)
工作地点:天津宝坻经济技术开发区
Recruitment
Independently handle recruitment for professional staff and worker, which includes but is not limited to requirement clarification with hiring managers, coordination with recruitment agencies, online and internal posting, CV screening and interviewing
Prepare offer letters and other related documentation for responsible positions
Responsible for new comer staff information collection
Responsible for first day newcomer introduction
HR Operations
Maintain and update all recruitment related reporting which include but not limited to monthly HC report, organization chart, quarterly KPI reports and other ad hoc reports required
Ensure high data quality in personnel databases and systems (SAP, Access etc.)
Provide data to support payroll
Be responsible for complete and accurate filing in accordance with Internal Audit requirements
Ensure local HR daily operations in compliance with government regulation
Maintain sound working relationship with government authorities and update local new regulations timely
Ensure HR policies and procedures communicated with branch staff, smoothly and properly implemented
Collect feedback from branch staff and make recommendations for improvement of existing policies and procedures
Training & Development
Help training & development team to coordinate training.
Professional background / Experience
At least 3 years HR experience in multinationals companies
Education
Bachelor's Degree
IT skills
Outlook – basic
Office Software– advanced
SAP – basic
Language skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
