SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

· 2~4 years (SB05) or 3~6 years (SB06) working experience, preferably in credit/business analysis/AR and collection experience.

· Proven experience in operation credit control

· Demonstrable open communication and initiative

· Effective and efficient working practice

· Ability to analyse and assess credit risk

· Proven track record of improving credit process

· Strong accounting knowledge

· Effective communication skills

· Effective problem solving skills

· Experience of working with a preferred credit reference agency - D&B

· Previous experience of Oracle/ other on-line Receivables system

· Customer service and sales experience is also preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Control and enforce Eaton China customer credit terms

2. Propose solution for credit control improvement

3. Work with team leader and operation finance to reduce credit risk

4. Verify New Customer Application

5. Setup and maintain customer info. in Oracle Fin

6. Monitor and match customer data from different systems to make sure of the synchronization

7. Support AR team leader and operation controller for credit term and policy compliance

8. Work closely with D&B or other consulting firm to deliver timely credit data to cooperate with plants for goods release

9. Develop mechanism for local small customer credit management

10. Perform credit investigation and prepare for monthly credit analysis report
