1.Bachelor degree in electronic/electrical /mechanical /chemical /material engineering with 4 years working experience and at least 2 years as advanced quality engineers;
2.Familiar with quality system, especial for PPAP,PSW ,DFMEA,MSA and so on;
3.Good command of audit procedure ,project buyoff and 8D methodology;
4.Familiar with 6 sigma approaches;
5.Good communication and cooperation skill;
6.Can do mind-set and strong execution capability;
7.Fluent in both oral and written English.

1.Fully participate in NPD,NPL and transfer control of both new product s and projects for quality assurance;
2.Participate in the acceptance plan (quality related) of new products and projects.
3.Advanced quality management of new products and projects to ensure the input and implementation of in-process quality experience and lesson of customer complaints.
4.Generate the quality control plan in the phase of NPD and NPL;
5.Organize the implementation of planned quality inspection items;
6.Record, track, report, promote the improvement action for quality issues existed in each phase and validate the quality of improved product and project;
7.Establish and maintain the platform for quality information among NPD,NPL, product transfer, in-process and customer complaints;
8.Buy off new product project;
