Shenzhen,Nanshan 工作地点深圳南山区。 公司提供班车，在宝安沿线、南山海雅百货、南油新一佳、南山党校、蛇口沃尔玛、世界之窗、大新天桥、福田岗厦、下沙、兴华宾馆(华强北)等地方均有站点。
Job Responsibilities工作职责
Guarantee Customer satisfaction on product range.
1. Responsible for the product development with the supplier and technical support (Technical Design, Cost analysis…) to the Sourcing team
2. Responsible for Product and Packaging Master Sample, set up with Supplier
3. Continuous Management of the Factory performance and the Corrective Action Plans
4. Ensure proper cross-communication between Sourcing, QC teams and supplier, on all product development and product-related issues.
5. Build up and Manage Product Technical sheet, quality criteria and Inspection checklists
6. Ensure that the product comply with the tests and norms
7. Handle Product Quality issues and communicate with Quality Department
8. Maintain good communication with the suppliers to make sure our quality requirements and standards have been well informed to all suppliers.
9. Follow up Supplier KPI
10. Travel when it is needed for business
11. Other tasks assign by the superior
Job Requirement 岗位要求
1. At least 5 years or above working experience with similar position.
2. Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Sofa product and production.
3. Fluent in English and Chinese
4. Good communication skills
5. Honest and high sense of responsibilities
6. Be familiar with related norms and regulations
7. Be proactive and willing to work under pressure
8. College degree or above
