Main Purpose of Job

Take responsibility to communicate with Store Service Team Headquater and area CIIC management team, including communicating regulations and instructions information of Headquater to CIIC,and guiding CIIC to conduct all the requirements of Headquaters effectively .etc.)
Ensure adherence to WHO code &China code on BMS,FTSE4Good,Nestle instructions and Wyeth nutrition China policy and procedures.

Responsibilities:

SR and SRL working process optimization
Collaborate with Area SR Trainer for SR capability building, improve and track store service training process, so as to enhance the service capability and improve customer satisfaction
SR motivation system set-up and offtake target setting.
Participate in projects related to retail service, including store service reps performance cell phone platform, MAMA Club,etc，so as to enhance business development.
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations,ensure the whole team incluing himself/herself attend the Who code& FTSE4Good compliance trainining and pass examination;


Requirements:

1) More than 3 years relevant store service rep. management experience
2) IMF/FMCG industry management experience is preferred
3) Marketing related experience is preferred
4) Strong analytical and problem solving skill
5) Able to build up collaborative relationship with area customer development team
