Title: Finance Controller
Location: Shanghai, Zhangjiang area
Report to: China Regional Controller

Key responsibilities:
Responsible for two sites in Shanghai: one R&D/Design centre (with a branch in Taiwan) and one EMS site
Responsible for the factory finance function and finance business partner to site VP of operations. Plans, directs and controls the finance functions to ensure the organization meets its financial goals and objectives.
Business Partner to site operation leadership to deliver cost and control objectives
Ensures the integrity and compliance of the financial reporting process and financial statement with local and US GAAP and SOX
Safeguard the company's assets and cash flow and ensure that due diligence is exercised.
Plan, budget, forecast and monitor operating expenditure.
Update operations team the status of monthly and QTD financial performance against budget/forecast.
Provide timely explanation of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets; provide management with direction for achievement of corrective action, where necessary.
Provide insight about future operation cost trend, compare to financial targets and identify opportunities or areas for operations to focus
Reviews for continuous improvement in processes and systems as well as internal controls to enable accurate and timely reporting as well as operation efficiency 
Prepare relevant financial analysis for business decision making
Perform financial review of all capital requests relating to the Business Unit.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
More than 10 years finance experience
More than 5 years management experience
Extensive experience in financial reporting, internal control, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, taxation and accounting.
Excellent analytical skills.
Familiar with local taxation and foreign exchange regulations
Strong experience in high volume, high tech manufacturing environment.
Familiar with US GAAP & SOX, Oracle ERP
Good leadership, managerial and organizational skills.
