Position Summary:
Responsible for implementing the company Aerospace China quality policy, providing support to 2 -AVIC JVs QMS construction, supporting the company divisions’ product development strategy and its activities in China, and performing supplier quality system audit, product FAI validation at supplier location.


ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of PAC quality system and procedures as directed by the Quality Manager to follow “One-company” group quality policy, compliance with the AS9100C standards and other regulatory, customer requirements.
？ Communicate with the company divisions to ensure company quality standards and specifications are properly delivered to China supply chain, assist supplier to perform root cause analysis, and follow up quality investigations.
？ Coordinate with PAC & OEM division supply chain to ensure an effective company supplier quality policy is deployed, including APQP development, supplier audit, source inspection and assurance of supplier first article inspections, follow up the audit corrective and preventative actions;
？ Assist company -AVIC JVs to develop quality system procedures and work instructions;
？ Implementing a strategy for the ongoing use of quality tools and techniques in support of continuous process and product improvement, including providing training and individual project support as appropriate
？ Review changes in industry standards and regulatory requirements, and prepare any required update to company QMS documentation and procedures;
？ Administering an archiving facility for all necessary quality records


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS

？ Bachelors degree (BS) in Engineering Demonstrated ability to perform the essential
？ Functions of the job typically acquired through six or more years of related experience.
？ Knowledge in aerospace product development process like APQP, PFMEA, MSA, Gage R&R and be proficient in use of quality statistical tools.
？ Understanding of NDT methods like Fluorescence penetrate Inspection (FPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and etc, understanding of chemical process like passivity, anodize, plating, heat treatment and etc.
？ Understanding of calibration criteria and industrial standards;
？ Experience in quality system audit, AS9100 lead auditor qualification is preferred.
？ Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin with the ability to present in front of groups of people or lead groups of people.
？ Advance level of Microsoft office such as word, excel, PPT, project and etc.
？ Strong problem solving skills, the ability to work with customers.
？ Open mind, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, team player
？ Travel is required in this position (up to 40%)
