主要职责：
1. 培训需求调查、课件的研发、制作、宣讲、效果评估；
2. 面向经销商、代理商、店面业务员进行培训；
3. 通过培训整体提升受训者的销售能力、沟通能力、对产品的认识度；
4. 对门店业务员进行系统的培训，改进门店销售的方式、推广及产品陈列等。
5. 熟悉掌握公司所有产品的详细信息及应用过程；

胜任能力：
1. 良好的英语能力；
2. 至少有5年以上大型企业产品主管/经理实际运营或培训经验；
3. 深刻理解和掌握产品生命周期理论、流程、产品管理文档、定价、营销等的理论及相关实务；
4. 从事过五金工具、精密仪器行业的优先；
