Responsibilities:
1. Collect and maintain market practice and government regulations related to Compensation & Benefits
2. Coordinate and support HR other functions to ensure C&B related work such as payroll, salary& benefit administration align with C&B policy / principle / labor law.
3. Assist in salary and benefit survey data and report analysis.
4. Ensure all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law.
5. Develop and fine tune compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
6. Assist in internal and external data analysis & reporting.
7. Regularly check HR system C&B related data, finding issues and providing improvement suggestion.
8. In charge of partial benefit program implementation.
9. Provide consultation services and training to managers/HR staff on core C&B programs.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:
1. Good command of reading and written English.
2. In-depth understanding of labor law and C&B related policy.
3. At least 2-3 years C&B related work experience.
4. Good problem solving skill and logical thinking.
5. Initiative, mature and sensitive to client needs.
6. Bachelor degree holder.
