Results Areas:

1. Serve as a bridge between HR users and technical teams to ensure effective communication
2. Develop HRIS enhancements plan aiming to improve operation efficiency
3. Plan and execute test plans for the HRIS enhancements
4. Follow through with technical teams to ensure requests are handled and issues are resolved according to business requirements and functional specifications
5. Write up user manual and conduct training to HRIS users
6. Monitor the performance of HRIS and carry out daily systems administration tasks
7. Perform data analysis and formulate reports which aids management decision
8. Ensure the audit and compliances requirements are met and the issues related are handled
9. Participate and support HR ad-hoc projects
