主要负责以下的工作：
1. 职位发布（职位在网站，微博，SNS网站进行发布）
2. 简历筛选，从简历中筛选出来适合VKCON的风格和企业文化的候选人并通知面试
3. 初步面试
4. 候选人的评价
5. offer通知
6. 员工入职培训
要求：
1年以上招聘经验
开朗的性格，可以在压力下工作
喜欢与人打交道，并且愿意往人事方向发展
工作地址：2、10号线南京东路站4号口出即到
